Losing a Pet Is One of the
Hardest Goodbyes
Losing a pet — or knowing that goodbye may be coming can leave you carrying a deep ache that others don’t always see or truly understand.
If your heart feels heavy, confused, or overwhelmed, you don’t have to hold it alone.
These one-on-one sessions offer a calm, compassionate space to talk about your pet, your grief, and what you’re feeling — without judgement, pressure, and without needing the right words.

💜 Your pet is getting older or unwell, and your heart already feels heavy
💜 You’ve recently lost your pet and don’t know where to begin
đź’ś You feel overwhelmed or unsure how to carry this grief
💜 Others don’t seem to understand how deeply this loss hurts
đź’ś You need a safe space to talk and be truly heard
Hi I'm Ann, a certified grief educator. I’m here to listen with care and offer gentle support and guidance. These sessions are not therapy — they’re a compassionate space to talk, reflect, and feel understood.
One-on-one sessions are available worldwide via Zoom or phone - you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.Â
How It Works
Booking a session is simple.
You choose a time from the available calendar that works for you, and whether you’d prefer to connect by Zoom or phone. There’s nothing you need to prepare — we’ll begin wherever you are.
When we meet, you’re welcome to talk about your pet and what you’re going through, in whatever way feels right for you.
I’ll listen with care, offer gentle support and guidance and meet you exactly where you are.
During and/or after our time together, I’ll share a few supportive ideas or resources. You’re free to take what feels right for you and leave anything that doesn’t.
There’s no pressure to 'get over' anything here.
You’re not broken — you’re grieving.
This is a space to be supported as you learn to live alongside both love and loss.
Support Options
You’re welcome to choose the level of support that feels right for you right now. Some people prefer to begin with a shorter session, while others feel they need more time and space. There’s no right or wrong choice — only what feels most supportive for you in this moment.

About Ann
When I lost my beloved Labrador, Matilda, I experienced first-hand how deeply the bond with a pet can shape our lives — and how profound the grief can be when they are no longer physically by our side.
I’m a certified grief educator, animal trainer, and lifelong animal advocate, and I bring both lived experience and compassionate understanding into this space. I know how isolating pet loss can feel, especially when others don’t fully understand the depth of that connection.
These sessions are a gentle place to talk, to feel, and to be met with care — wherever you are in your journey.
Important - About the Scope of This Support
These sessions offer supportive, one-on-one care for pet loss grief. They are not a replacement for counselling, therapy, or medical care.
