Welcome to PerPETual Love (www.perpetuallove.com.au). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, digital products, and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website.

1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to PerPETual Love.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person accessing our website or services.
• "Services" includes our website, digital downloads, free and paid resources, and support communities.

2. Use of Our Website & Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or sign up for resources.
• You agree not to use our content for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, ebooks, videos, and logos, belongs to PerPETual Love unless otherwise stated.
• You may download free resources for personal use only but cannot modify, copy, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.
• If you wish to share our content, please link back to perpetuallove.com.au and give credit.

4. Purchases & Refunds

If we offer paid products or services, the following terms apply:

• Payment: All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is made in full before access is given.
• Free resources: Free guides and downloads are yours to keep, with nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
• The CPD course: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Complete the course and, if you do not feel it has delivered practical value, contact us within 14 days of completion for a full refund.

  Team purchases are covered too. If at least one team member completes the course and you decide it is not right for your practice, contact us within 14 days of that completion for a full refund of the team package.

• Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or you cannot access it, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Team licences: A Small Team licence covers up to 5 learners at one practice location. A Practice Team licence covers up to 10 learners at one practice location.

   Places are for individuals working at the purchasing practice. They cannot be shared between practices or between locations.

   If someone leaves the practice before completing the course, their place can be given to another member of the same team at no cost. Contact us and we will move it across.

   Once a person has completed the course and been issued a certificate, that place has been used and cannot be reassigned.

   Certificates are issued to the individual who completed the course, not to the practice.

   Practices with more than 10 learners, or more than one location, are welcome to contact us about group pricing.

   Access does not expire. Once a team member is enrolled, the course and its resources stay available to them. If we ever have to withdraw the course, we will give at least 90 days notice so your team can download anything they want to keep.

   Places are available for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you need longer, just ask. We would rather your whole team did the course than watch a place go unused.

6. Limitation of Liability: 

• We do not provide medical, legal, or psychological advice. Our content is for informational and support purposes only.  
• We are not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on our content.  
• We are not liable for technical issues, website downtime, or third-party service failures beyond our control.

7.  Privacy & Data Protection:

By using this website, you consent to our collection of non-sensitive browsing data via Kajabi, Facebook Ads, and Google tracking. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
