When I lost my beloved Labrador Matilda, my world shifted.
She had been my companion through so many chapters of my life — offering comfort, joy, and a constant presence in ways I only came to understand later.
Creating her memorial tribute gave me a place to hold onto the moments that meant the most — the joy, quirks and personality that made her unforgettable.
As a certified grief educator, animal trainer, and lifelong animal advocate, I understand just how deep the human–animal bond goes.
I also understand the pain of losing that connection.
These memorial tributes were born from my own grief and my desire to help others keep their memories close.
